HELP ME PLEASE

    I USE CUCUSOFT PRO TO CONVERT MY FILMS TO DVD AND IT HAS BEEN FINE FOR AGES BUT NOW IT IS SAYING MPEGENC:UNABLE TO WRITE TO OUTPUT FILE. CAN ANYONE TELL ME HOW TO FIX THIS PLEASE

    @addme - not to be rude but how does that help w/ janem29 problems?

    I'm not that familiar w/ cucusoft but it sounds like it may be a burning issues. What's the make and model of the burner? Media using? Like Sony +R 16x.

    Never heard of it.. the error sounds like the application either doesn't have a location for an iso file to be sent to, or an invalid temp file storage location.. or just possibly it is looking for a blank disk already in the target drive? (a bit like imgburn does)
    But from this (remembering we are not psychic)
    how are we supposed to do more than guess?? A more informative thread title helps also. Think it was last year that one of the mods warned that thread titles like "help me" would be closed without mercy. What happened to that then?

    Check the menu options for temp file and output file location. If that doesn't throw any light on the problem reinstall the application.
