Help Me Plz to be the first one to solve this kind of xbox error

Ok so i was playing xbox, it started making a klunking noise and froze, i took out the disk, then i turned it off for a while,i was afraid i would have christmas lites like i usually had but instead i started it over and it was very laggy in the menu,about 5 minutes l8r an error message popped up, it had no error number,it just said plz contact the bla bla bla, u know wat it says,so u think u know the problem,i have no mods on my xbox or modchips. I would usually hit my xbox wen it had christmas light then it worked, but wen i hit this it doesnt,plz help the problem noone not even tech service solved
