HELP Missing Everything in "All programs" Menu in Start bar

    For some reason, my shortcuts in the All Programs menu dissappeard, and it just says that its empty, but when i go to the folder for the Shortcuts, it normal. How can i fix this?

    Try a system restore... I solves almost evry thing >_< then try to cut all the files from the Directory and put it in a new one, restart
    then replace the files.

    Another thing to look at is your documents and settings folders. you may have to do some copy and paste, but for some reason your user name does not have the listings any longer. Are you signed in as Administrator? If you are then you should have access to everything. In which case jorahan probably gave you the only solution.
