I have an mpg that plays perfectly in Windows Media Plaer, Showtime, Winamp...etc. that is 1:41:57 long, but when I try to burn with Nero or TMPEGDvd or others, it only shows 24:33. How do I correct this? I cannot recapture as this was a file given to me.

What is the size of the mpg file?

I used to make a lot of KVCD's. Which you use a template to compress mpg files so they fit on your cd. My guess is that you have a compressed file and there is nothing wrong with Nero or the video file. Since it is in mpg format my guess is that where ever you got the file from they most likely made it so it will fit on one cd. So all you have to do with Nero is create a video cd. You have to use burning rom version and make sure you turn off standard compliance.

Yes, the file is meant to be burned to one cd. I will try noncompliant in Nero and see what happens.
