Help!! My computer cant read arabic!!

    Hey everyone
    I downloaded a subtitle for a movie and that was when i disscovered that my computer cant read arabic letters, instead it shows as weird characters... Note that i can write arabic with no problems AT ALL!!
    Can any body help me please?

    Your pc needs an Arabic language codec. Where you get that, I don't know.
