HELP! MY XBOX WONT WORK!

    So heres my problem, wehn i boot up my xbox the light flashes green and red i dont know whats wrong. Then the screen displays 'please call xbox support' adnt the number 7 or 21 is displayeon the top left. Ihave never modded my xbox and i wanna know whats wrong, please help i just ordered 3 new games also and i really wanna play them!
