Help!!! Need a new hard drive

    I have an Dell Dimension 2350 and would like to upgrade my hard drive from 30gb and need some help. It says it is a ide hard drive and I have looking around. what is the difference from a ata and sata hard drive. Can anyone help me? Thanx
