Help! need my LG unlocked

I just got this phone from a friend who got a new phone on a difrent provider, this phone has run before on the same provider as I have my sim (my phone died) but it had switched to another provide at one time and now I can't go back to the original network...

I need a restriction code for it....

model g4015
imei 010456-00-807072-6

any help would be apreiciated!

last network was rogers, now trying to use fido

 

Cannot be unlocked remotely.

You will have to ask the provider or a professional in your area to help you unlock the phone.

 

Thanx, my provider wants $150 to unlock it so I think I will just take that $ towards a new phone

 

or you might wait a little longer and you will be able to unlock and use it for cheaper. Maybe even a professional in your area can unlock it for 30-40$. good luck.
