    I hope someone can help me out....

    When i try to import a movie i get the error pop-up;

    "The software that's used to decode the media is not available on this system. Installing the correct decoders for the files you are working with may help to correct the problem. -47001"

    I understand the movie i'm adding is an mpeg4 with dual audio tracks, is there anyway to include this with just a single audio track or just to add it at all :)

    I'll apreciate any help i can get.

    Hello! I have just installed DVDit Pro 6. I also came across this problem. I spent about 1.5 hours figuring out what is wrong. What worked for me was installing the latest version of the DIVX codec. Go to the DIVX website and download the latest version of their codec. It's FREE! I installed it and restarted my computer and it worked like a charm. If that doesn't work I have only one other idea that may work. I hope this helps!
