    Recently I downloaded a couple of music videos 352 x 288 pixels with 25 frames/second, and 352 x 240 pixels with 29.97 frames/second. Both formats are [bold]1600 kbit/sec[/bold] (instead of 1150 kbit/sec).

Will there be a problem if the music videos are burned into [bold]VCD[/bold]?

Well there is a Very Good Chance that these Files will not play back Properly on your DVD Player but that depends on your DVD Player as some are Pickier than others...

You can Put the VCD/Mpeg-1 files on to DVD without haveing to re-encode them so there is No Quality Loss....If you Load these Files into "Tmpgenc DVD author" it will Make a DVD From them, It just has to resample the VCD audio so it is DVD Compliant and then it will let you add Menu"s and Chapters and burn them to DVD For you....

    Cheers
