Ok this may be a dumb question and I had this software before but reformatted my pc and now Im stuck to this again and for the life of me can't remember what I did last time. Now the entire software is installed, I get to the final screen where it asks me to click on Go but "Go" being greyed out because under the dvd writer section myu dvd writer doesn't show up. Again I know this is a stupid question but right now all I need help with is, how to add my dvd writer in the list to that I can select it to burn? Anyu help would be appreciated thanks
No, Ive done that I don't have the option where your e drive Pioneer is indicated, well my dvd drive isn't showing up. I definitely have the right burner that works, as this was working before hand, same thing happened to me the first time, it's not automatically detecting my burner. Do you know what to do?
