Bought my DVD player yesterday so I´m still learning but.. here´s something I don´t understand: Just burned a DVD and when playing this DVD in my DVD-player there´s [bold]NO sound![/bold] When playing the DVD on my computer there [bold]IS sound [/bold]! What do I do wrong ?! - Using Nero version 6 - When burning VCD´s sound is OK
when I burn my dvd and play it on my stand alone dvd the audio seems to be ahead of the video. when I play it on my dvd drive on my computer it is fine. has anyone else had this problem or know what is wrong.
What program are you using to copy the dvd to your hard disk? Some programs will automatically get rid of some sound files. Let me know what way you are ripping your progs and i will let you know the solution.
Found the answer in thread: http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/66230 Sound should be 48000 Hz and bitrate 384 kbps. Used 'TMPGEnc' to change it. Works perfectly now!
