Help Please AGAIN!!!

    Hi

    Basically my videos on itunes work untill i convert them then they play without any sound even on ipod is there a setting i need to change in my video ipod settings please help. Thanks

    I bought a video from ipod store and it is in my videos on my itunes but when it uploads on my ipod it's just a tune and not a video please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
