Hi, As andmerr stated what are the specs of the file...I suggest you download video inspector (free), install, use the browse function to point to the file and will tell you if you have the correct codecs on your pc. Also try vlc lan as it plays almost anything you throw at it and then you can see if the quality of the file is bad. Good luck.
