help, please

    I know its an old and much discussed problem, but I couldn't find the answer in the other threads i read.
    I have mpt installed (3.23) and everything works fine with my V220 except downloading pictures etc. from my mobile to my pc. if i try it in the multimediastudio it always says:
    CoCreateInstance of IID_IXMLDOMDocument failed

    can anyone help me on this??
