Try ripping it to mp3 then converting it back on the fly with nero..a good tool is DbPoweramp music converter, otherwise go about it a bit differently and try AnyCD/AnyDVD.. It's just possible your disk is damaged.
Well it depends what sort of data disk it is...as this is the Audio section I just assumed it was music... It all depends what the protection is... don't know.. I don't use bought software so it's not an issue I ever have.. try posting in the general software help forums lol
