Are your computers networked together e.g. do they share an internet connection?

Alternatively, you can use CD-RW and split your ISO (use HJsplit) into 700 mb parts and copy then one-at-a-time between computers.

The networking method will be faster and, as long as you have a non-wireless router, secure.

BTW, do mean that your DVD burner can burn CDs but not DVDs? If so, that might be the easiest to fix and more relevant problem to address here.

If you mean you can't burn dvd's with your dvd burner btu can still burn cd's then i might just be a firmware problem - try updationg your driver.

If you don't know where to look post your drives model number/make and i'll check it out for you.
