HELP PLEASSSSSE

    i was watching a dave chappelle video clip i got from lime wire then on my screen a quick flash of a blue box that said out of range or something came on the screen then my monitor went black or dark because i can kinda see it what do i do i turned my brightness and contrass up and it did nothing.i have a windows 2000 profesional

    Try resetting the monitor, or use the DeGauss feature.

    i did the gaussing thing i did nothing and what is reseting the monitor?u mean unplug it?
