\pimp i also need help when i downloaded a trainer it said like some like this on the file in my xboix: EVT-Halo 2 NTSC/Pal Now wa does NTSc and PAL mean?
That's just the different game formats, it's telling you that it supports both kinds. In the U.S. we use the NTSC format, where as people in the UK use the PAL format. So, systems in the USA only support NTSC games, but since you have your Xbox modded, you can play import games (i.e. PAL and NTSC-J) games.
