I'm new so don't yell.. Here goes, I need to split a video "cut scenes" on a wmv. all the splitter programs i have (5 different) all have a list of .prx's preloaded. I need to be able to make my own prx'es or find some .prx'es "I dont even know if this is possible.. I need (950 Kbps at 25 fps 44khz 2stereo 16 bit 448x336 .prx) or anything close to it. Im up for any ideas on how to get close to this the closes one I have is 768 kbps at 25fps 44khz 2 stereo 16bit Can I maybe play the video on something that I could extract a .prx file and load into my video splitter? Oh -yeah I forgot one thing you probably need to know is that: still need to keep it a wmv file, so, wmv to wmv exact or close copy.
yes use sound forge, it will let convert to what ever format you like and intergrate it to video, it dose it all, try sounfd forge 7 or 8, it is not a plug use it for years sense 4.5 came out it has great plugins for filtering audio and video editting.
