Help taking vobs from different dvds and burning together on other dvd

Ok. I have a Philips DVD+R recorder which is great for recording TV shows or transferring VHS tapes to DVD.
Now what if I take a couple of finalized DVDs recorded with the Philips, and use dvd decryptor to extract the ifo and vobs to my hard drive, and I want to combine some of these vobs to make a new DVD?
My question simply is can I take some vobs from one dvd and some vobs from another DVD and combine them to make a new DVD?
