Hello Everyone! I am new to this forum, I am a big fan of DS. Big enough to want to set up my own company on the web to sell R4, DSTT, Edge etc. Before I do that, I really appreciate if you guys can tell me what sort of customer service expectation and suggestions you got in mind to help me set up a website that everyone love. What do you expect people to say Jane? Everybody wants 24/7 phone support, free overnight shipping, free returns, and the lowest price available. English-speaking people also find sites where you got good english to be more reassuring, in my opinion.
Thank you very much snorlax. All of these will be available to our customers. 24/7 phone support and easy return policy, customer will be updated with tracking number. I have read so much about bad shopping experience at other websites, the lack of support and response. I am going to get the reset kit from my supplier to fix R4's and some other game cards, I want to speak to the administrator about offering all members of this forum FREE support on the products we sell regardless where they purchased from for a period of time(Depends how much we can handle). Do you think this is a good idea? And will this break any of the forum’s rules? Jane
