Help Transfering home movies to pc

    I HAve a jvc gr-d270 camcorder it is a mini dv cam, can anyone help me transfer from my tape to the pc so I can burn them to dvd. I ahve Nero and dvd decrypters but am clueless about how to transfer the tape to pc.

    you must have tuner tv to transfer on your pc
