hey guys, i need a little advice. i am having trouble backing up my halo game. at first, i thought it was my disc because it is a bit scratched up, but then i used my cousins halo game which is in better condition but i still get an error reading disk message, even when i have saved the files to my hard drive. also, it always happens at the same spot, on both backups and hard drive copy. any suggestions? does anyone know if the game required anything additional? i also tried to patch the .xbe file but was told it did not require it. any suggestions welcomed. oh, i have backuped my other games fine with no problems.

Initial Release of Halo, or the one that comes with the Adrenaline Pack?

The 2nd one I have backed up no problem whereas my friend had trouble with his, which he has had for about a year now.

i tried backing up my game to my hard disk on the xbox with xbcopy and i get an error message stating that d20map cannot copy over to the disk. i am not sure if it is the disk, or some form of copy protection. i am going to try my friends game since it is in much better condition than mine.
