sorry to hear the codes didnt work. and yes it means that ur phone is now hard locked this means that even if u get the correct code now it wont work u need to get an unlocking cable to unlock it now ok listen up u got 3 options first: go to ur mobile provider and ask them to unlock ur phone they have no right to lock it after all it is YOUR phone u DID BUY it and they hav no rigt to lock it.also they cant charge u a fee otherwise u cud report them for bad company practise... second: buy an unlocking cable online and do it urself. cables cost about 50 american dollars and depending on which unlocking cable u buy it will be able to unlock other models of nokia phones i recommend this option only if u know u have a lot of friends who have locked phones and they can pay u a small fee like 10-15 american dollars and u do it for them that way u get back the money u paid for the cable and som extras and as a bonus u can also sell the cable online on ebay or here if at any point in time u decide u dont want it anymore three: u can visit an unlocking shop and have them do it for u professionally note it may cost u about 50 american dollars to get it done three options choose which one best suits u
