Hi, I have tried unlocking my Nokia 1600 a couple of times but keep getting a code error, would really appreciate if someone could provide me with a working code. Details are; IMEI: 358986011183553 Country: United Kingdom Provide: T-Moblie (One2One). Thanks in advance. David.
[bold] #pw+445837665235722+7# [/bold] Your code:Try this ONCE and ONCE only. Remember, you only get 3 to 5 tries. [bold]If you enter the same code two times[/bold], that is [bold]two tries.[/bold] To enter code: Make sure battery is charged. Remove SIM first. Power on. Ignore “Insert SIM” Press the # key. then press the "star" key (*) quickly to get the P and W and + Press * 3 times quickly for (p) \ Press * 4 times quickly for (w) IMPORTANT Press * 2 times quickly for (+) / and the rest of the code--- Begin with # and end with #. IMPORTANT!! Verify code before pressing the last #. Pay attention. You only have about two seconds. "Phone restrictions off", it's unlocked. "Error code" wrong code. STOP tell me. "Not allowed" or "Can Not Undo Restriction" it's hard locked. Used up all your free tries!! If nothing happens, code stays on the screen: Put in a NEW SIM from a new Network. Power on. Select UNDO with NEW SIM in phone. Enter code as above. Select OK. If it does not work, tell me: What happened? What message you got. What codes you tried. Above all, answer. JG
JG, Thanks for your comprehensive response. I have tried the code that you have provided (as detailed above) however upon entering the last # the message I got was "Not Allowed". In total this was the 4th code I had tried and so I assume that the phone is now hard locked. The codes I have tried previously are detailed in order below, these were generated using Code Calculator by CyberGMS v5.4; #pw+444327665235722+7# #pw+983002204132506+5# #pw+139974750771775+1# Each of these codes generated a "code error" message. Is it still possible to unlock this phone remotely, if so could you offer any advice? Many thanks for your time, David.
You need to take it to a professional with the equipment. http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/382376 J
