ur phone is callled a BB5 model cannot be unlocked by cable or code only way to unlock is to visit ur service provier and request that they unlock it for u or u can purchase an unlock box online for about 200 american dollars and do it yourself...... or u can visit an unlock shop and ask them if they can do it chances are if they have the unlock box they can do it for u

take my advice no code or unlocking cable can help u only an unlock box for 200 american or take it back to the service provider to get it done for u or visit an unlock shop on a personal note my cousin runs an unlock shop in my country and he can unlock the nokia 6085 as well as a host of other BB5 phone models....he also does repairs and unlocking and also is a authorized dealer for the mobile comany in my country he has an unlock box what i recommend that if u and ur friends have this same problem u and ur friends can put up cash and buy the unlock box and unlock your own phones and then sell back the box on e bay but since you are not in the usa try finding an unlock shop that can do it where u are right now. if u were in my country in the caribbean ( trinidad and tobago) i will definitely help u.
