Hi, I have a Coolsat 5000 and have been putting in the keys everytime it goes out. We have now lost several channels and some of our fav. We got the setup for Christmas last year and had a man program it for us I guess where it would roll over. We have not programed it any ourselves. I was reading somethings about a bin# what is that? So I guess my question is: is there anyway for us to program it where it will roll over instead of us entering the new keys and losing channels everytime. This may be a silly question but just figured I would ask. Any help would be great. Thanks so much in advance. Shannon
