OK I am brand new here so be gentle if I am a total geek and ask this incorrect or put it in the wrong spot. I couldn't find a spot that I thought it fit properly. And if this is inappropriate to ask I'm sorry as well and just tell me so. Anyways, I downloaded Replay Media Catcher and crack from a friend. I installed the demo version on my computer, than i replaced the .exe file with the cracked one. It then says it is a licensed version and thanks you. Opens the program properly and everything. When you then press record or start recording nothing happens. When you go to myspace or youtube it doesn't rip anything. When you remove the cracked .exe and put back the demo versions .exe it magically works again but in demo mode of course. What in the world am I doing wrong? I can't figure it out for the life of me!
here's exactly what you need to do installing the demo: 1.) sit down 2.) fire up browser 3.) cruise to the site 4.) buy a key from the producers of Replay Media Catcher 5.) install the key 6.) use program legally. that's all the help we can give. you need to read the rules, kiddo.
Cracked exes or keygens that "don't do anything"... How often have I heard about them? They usually are "doing something", just not what you wanted...
it probably is recording something, but not what you want, more like info from you computer, and saving it not where you want it but in a convinient place where the creator can have his tools fetch it, i would say don't try anything that you don't know unless you want to take risks, and remember that the rules say you are not allowed to help with piracy, maebe you need to read the rules: http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/2487 Case examples regarding rule number five (5). No piracy. Case: Pirated material, such as serial numbers and direct links to pirated, copyrighted material (including direct links to torrent files and ed2k links).
