I have a DVD to which I would like to add an additional audio track. This track is basically the same length, bar a few seconds, as the track on the DVD. I have added it using PGC Demux and Muxman and, with a delay of 300ms, the first few minutes play OK. After this, the audio goes out of sync again and I'm struggling with what to do next.

Ideally I would like a piece of software where I could both see the video and adjust the audio to match it - does such a thing exist?! Any help/advice would be most appreciated :)

FWIW, you can load/drag an .m2v from PGC into VirtualDub then load a .wav file ('Audio' - 'Audio from other file') and adjust the audio skew (Audio - Interleaving - Audio Skew correction).

Insert a value like -2000 if the audio is behind the video by two seconds then play the clip to test.

If the sync is good, click 'Audio' -'Full processing' - 'Compression'- 'No compression'.
Save the new .wav by clicking 'File' - 'Save wav'.

The original ac3 from PGC can be converted to wav using 'BeLight' and the wav from VDub can be converted back to ac3 using the same program and used by Muxman to create the VOB files..
