okai I have a NEC Dual-format burner...It's a external drive through a 2.0 USB...I'm running on windows XP...I'm using memorex media and this is my problem...I use Nero and Alcohol 120 and it'll create the image on my hard drive but then as soon as insert the blank dvd... it'll burn for like a sec then it'll say...error: cannot find address or something like that...please help!
krash183, Let's go over to devise manager, to your DVD drives, Highlight your drive, right click and choose uninstall. Close out everything and reboot your system, let windows find it for you or use the disk that came with your drive. Next, use DVD+RW or DVD+R ! If you use -R media ONLY use -R AZO metal dye media.
