I am sorry if this is not the right place to post this, My laptop has a drive that is supposed to be a cd and dvd burner, but as I check through properties and error logs it seems to say cd-rom only? I am not sure what the problem is I hope someone can help me please. Everytime I try to burn whether with Nero9 or even Windows dvd maker it does the same thing right when the burn process starts and I think before the disc even starts to spin it stops and says that burn process has failed at speed of 2X.
