I just extracted a file for an interactive DVD, but once i had extracted it the file ended with a .cp file extension??

How can i open/burn this time of file.

I have tried to rename the file woth .img at the end, which this seems to have worked i can play the file, but it does seem a bit stuttery, so i'm not too sure if its the best way to do it.

Any help would be grately appreciated

Maybe another version of .flv (flash video).
    Adobe Flash player or VLC.
If it loads into VLC,you can use 'File' 'Wizard' to convert to mpeg.

hi, i extracted it with winrar as it was a rar file the extrated file was then a .cp file, it will open up in VLC media player, but i actually just changed the name of the file to .img and burned it to disk and it worked perfectly fine, im not saying that if i get another .cp file it will actually work again but on this instance it did the trick.

    Thanks
