i have an HP photosmart 320 digital camera and i bought a memory card for it. i got a SimpleTech SD memory card, 128mb. the thing is i inserted it and when i took some pics, it did download something, but i can't see them. i know where they are and i can open them, but it says no preview available. the format of the pics are in jpg. and when i try to see them on the camera itself it says "unsupported image file". i erased the pics, removed, re-inserted the card and went under the delete function of the camera to format it. it says that it will erase the card, i hit "OK" but still the same problem. i really hope i can get this fixed. my wife's little sis is in from outta town, which only happens once every 2 years, and it would suck if she couldn't take a crap load of pics instead of 7 at a time. please help
Hi dude, I believe it's because of the size of your memory card. The HP Photosmart 320 doesn't work well with cards above 64mb, this can be resolved by downloading and installing the latest version of firmware. http://h20015.www2.hp.com/hub_searc...=buy60628&prodId=hpphotosma75944&cc=gb&plc=en Have a good read at the info with this, it should solve your problem.
