Help!! i got an error 16 and i dont have any backups of anything, i heard in order to hotswap you need to have a microsoft logo on the botom of the X when u start your xbox...i dont have that they said it wouldnot work i heard that u also can unpluge ide and power from the xboxs DVD drive to get an error 11 which unlocks your xbox so that u can hotswap it but instead i got an error 12 can some one help me PLZZZ!!!!!! Im confused

But i dont think it well work ..................................................... How does it work? Turn on xbox and wait until the microsoft logo appear under the big X and XBOX. Quickly, remove IDE cable from xbox hdd and connect xbox hdd to IDE cable from PC. ....................................................... Theres one problem a microsoft logo deosnt apear....
