if I am in the wrong area I am sorry, but I did not see any forum for pc games
My question is on the mdf mds files, I have seen images on pc games for virtual drives that are smaller than an actual image of the game
Is it because of the particular file?
If so just burn the image or game with say alcohol 120 using mds file
or is it more to it?
    thanks for the help
and feel free to move this if I posted in the wrong area

That's it. If you are backing up one of your PC games, you may want to check and see what type of protection is on the disc prior to burning. If you don't, and there is protection, your backup probably won't play.

This link shows what kind or protection exist on several PC games. See if yours is on the list and make sure you indicate that within Alcohol 120 where specified. http://www.gameburnworld.com/protectedgameslist.shtml
