Help ? with motherboard

    i just changed my motherboard on my IBM thinkpad 600e laptop and now when i turn it on the screen doesn't do anything
    what do i need to do to fix this
    do i need to load something and if so where do i get it

    does the power light come on? check all cable connections from screen, keyboard to motherboard.

    is it powering up but has no video, or is it just not doing anything period.... clarify what u mean by "doesnt do anything"

    reseat all cables onto motherboard. is the board new or used?

    if the power light comes on then your probably having a problem wih the video...... Are there any POST beeps??? same question as DDP "is your board used or new????" and like DDP said have you tried to reseat all your cables, and connections???
