im having problems with my new phone, i can make calls send and recieve text messages but i am unable to recieve calls. is there anybody who can help with this. Help would be great
Call your cell phone company, sounds like your account is not set up correctly, or your phone number is already assigned to someone else. (happened to my mother in law's phone on Suncom) They can help you faster than this site 'cuz they can flash your phone and check the settings better than we ever could. Sorry couldn't be of any assistance.
well i had a name display feature with my carrier and if i had a name programmed in my phone and it wasent the same as the carrier then the call wouldnt come in so i just had to take it off
