help with mpg problem

    i downloaded southpark episode .mpg and when i go to play it in windows media player it says Windows Media Player cannot play the file. The file is either corrupt or the Player does not support the format you are trying to play. wat is the problem and how can i fix it please help me

    Play it in a DVD program. Sometimes WMP has issues with MPG files.

    Actually ye, you might want to install WinDVD or something so that the MPEG-2 codec can be installed! I would doubt that the files are MPEG-2 anyway!

    so you think if i install windvd i will be able to watch it???
    ps wat do you think is the best and most versatile video player.?

    I think you have a good chance with WinDVD whioch is my fdavourite :)

    Not in my honest opinion it doesnt ;-) just a copy of WinDVD lol :p oooooooooohhhhhhh
