help with my modded xbox

    i have hade my xbox modded for about a year now and all of a sudden when i turn it on it goes to te load screen and says you xbox needs servise please contact coustomer service. no error codes and if you turn it off and on a couple time it works any help would be greatly appericiated

    modchip of softmodded? That would be the first thing people need to know to help you.

    it sounds like you have loose solder points from your chip to the motherboard. i would check these first.
    ive seen xbox's with this problem and it was the soldering, everytime!

    it was a soderless chip and here is the chip info. this is the exact chip i have.

    Do you take the chip on and off a lot. I have heard of solderless chips losing grip strength.
