Hey just got a new DVD Duplicator and a bit stuck how to use it properly.

When i try and copy a 4.7 GB disk it says ''Target Overflow''

Anyone know why this is because all i'm copying is a 4.7 GB disc to a 4.7 GB disc.

    Many thanks for the help.

have you tryed reading the users guide that came with your unit? have you tryed geting a hold of tech support for your unit? also are you trying to copy a store bought disk? if so that is where your problem is store bought disks or movies hold more thain 4.7gb, now if you put in a backed up movie you should have no problem

    Hey thanks for the reply

Yeh i read the userguide and tried understanding the best i could, i'm a newbie with these things and i contacted the company who i bought it off. Thay said that store bought dvd's are around 8gb, but what i was trying to copy was a back up movie thats already been copied from nero. I just get the message target overflow, any idea on what could be up?

    thanks again

Target overflow mean the file is too big for the target media. your ripped file can be just slightly oversized

set the target size a little smaller in dvd shrink or clonedvd 2 re-ripping the dvd then try it in the Duplicator

Just search for the market leader. Copystars is ranking number one in Google DVD Duplicator
