Help with Nero 9 and error message burn process failed.

    Don't know how long you've been using these disks:
    Disc Manufacturer ID: <RITEK>, Media Type ID: <S04>, Product revision number: 66

    You may want to try using a different brand of disks.

    Good morning,

    Thank you for responding - and yes I changed the disk to Verbatim and it seems to be working fine now.

    So from now on that is the name brand I shall use even if it cost a little bit more to buy them.
