Ok ive bouhgt some dvd+r s and im DESPERATE to learn how to copy a dvd. Ive tried DvdXCopy:As soon as it starts to burn it freezes. Ive tried DVD Decypter: I can save movies to my harddrive but not burn them to a disk. NERO: Ok, im trying to use this guide http://www.nero.com/en/content/c1034060208899.html#c1034060208899 the third one on the list. I cant even pick the dvd box for me to pick. Are there any other ways to copy a disk, so far i feal like ive wasted 60 dollars on 25 dvdrs thatll never work. I hate to be bitchy, but damn, i cant do it.
Do you got the latest nero? What is your burner? That 3rd option there will not copy a dvd unless it has been decrypted already.
The best method I've found if your not bothered about menu's and extra's is to rip the movie with smartripper, if the movie is bigger than 4.36gig then you will need to re-encode it, if it's not then just skip to the burning. For encoding the easiest way is to use Dvd2one and burn using Nero or Prassi PrimoDvd
