    it says:
    DDR 2Rx16 PC2-5300S-555-12-A3
i have looked on the net for another ramstick but all i can find ones witht the numbers:
    DDR2 2Rx16 PC2-5300S-555-12-A3
sorry if this is a stupid question but will the DDR2 work in my laptop?

PC-5300 is DDR2, it will work fine, as long as it is laptop memory (SODIMM) not standard desktop size.
