Help with SV6

    Hi i am new to the new starviews and conecting to lans and need some advice.

    I've tried following the guides i have put carling 102 on a usb and when
    put to usb in to the starview box it does not let you click ok and then
    update the box it only lets you click the green tto save as all s/w data uab then it
    writes another file to usb called stb_all.uad i can update with this but it don't
    seem to update anything there is no emulater menu as per the instructions
    to connect to then to the lan.

    can anyone help or have had this problem

    after a factory restart it does not find any channels can any one help

    You are copying file from box to USB. You need to copy Carling file from USB to box.
    Menu - Utility - USB
    On right hand select Carling 1.02, then select S/W & all data update.
    There is newer file for STVU 6 CARLING 1.03 Oct/2010
    EMU menu will only appear after firmware is installed on box
    Make sure Prov. cable is connected before scanning
