Help with The Box please ...I cant watch tv

    Hi,

    I have the Box but for some reason the channels wont show?

    The channels keep trying to update but with no success?

    I have checked the EMU within the 1570 menu and its on as required?

    Is anyone able to provide the updated 16 digit pins so i can make sure mine are correct? I live in the Swindon area...

    I am currently on firmware:

    4_54e_E
    Boot version :7.0

    I am unsure how to update the firmware :(

    Any help much appreciated

    Go back into where the 1570 menu is and press the set default key that should kick it back in for you

    I use the box super usb. Since Thursday last week, the channels are collated when scanned, but does not show anything when I try watching any channels. I got my old V*** box, and got VM to come check my line out and they said it was fine. The box finds channels, but they don't work/show at all. Can anyone help?...this is killing me.

    go to menu 1570 and turn on the key code in there and it should work if you have the up to date firmware on it

    Hmm. my box just cut out (it says "No Signal!" on the infobar) to a background of black. Had a quick goosie at 1570 on the menu system, clicked 'set default key' (and it said 'saving') but still nothing.

    in the system information it says
    Model ID C500
    S/W Version 1.12
    Boot Version b-11
    Date Aug 04 2009

    Is there anything I can do? Thanks for your help :)

    if it says no signal it means the box is not getting a signal from your incoming cable check you have a live feed and if you live in the leeds or surrounding areas you are most likely gone to n3 also check you have the cable in the cable input in the back of the box
