HELP WITH TMGEnc AUTHOR

    THis author is confusing me, i have my mpeg-2 which i used their program to create, i try to add the file to the program it says its not compatible. Resolution and also fps or soemthing stupid like that. I dont understand since their company makes this? I wanna make it a vob. But the program is soo confusing
    anyone know a simple like 5 step thnig to do? SOme help would be appreciated, with if i should make a an mpeg-1 or can i tweak the author, and should i even bother making it a vob, since no where int he program does it say, convert here

    hey, did u use the project wizard with TMPGEnc while encoding?

    Yes id id use the wizard

    Did you use the wizard in DVD mode not SVCD mode if not do that.
    Make sure you pick NTSC(usa) or Pal(Europe) according to what you are.

    and come on man post it once, and dont make 3 threads with the same question or people will intentionally avoid answering you

    If i do this it makes th file 3000 megs and i need a scvd, or vcd i dont have dvd burner, understand> or is their something i'm missing?

    if your going for svcd then you don't need dvd author

    after you got your svcd mpeg youll probably have to split it to fit on a cd then stick it in nero and burn in svcd
    dont burn faster than 8x

    I recommend you use DVD2SVCD with TMPGEnc, that will give you way more options such as chapters, change cd pics etc etc!
