Everytime I go into this program and try to do something it crashes and says it is performing an illegal operation. First when I got to the end of the wizard it said that the .mpeg file didn't exist and when I say click Yes to create it is crashes and then when I try to do it with out the wizard it crashes again. Well, I'm no wizz, but it seems obvious that your program file is corrupted. Cheap advice, but I think you should reinstall TMPGEnc or proceed to a new download... it's a great program, you know!
