    hi all,
    - the intro not that much related to the topic but i thought u should know skip it :) -
    i have a lots of movies that taking a lot of space on my disk and i was wondering how i could "re-size" so it can take much smaller disk space, i have tried many things but the problem is every-time i try a guide or trying to DIY i always end with poor video Quality or almost the same size file.

    - here is the good\main part -
    but a while ago i found some movies on some blog -dead btw the site not the movies- with a 2 hour long films with only 300mb file and both the vid. and the audio was quite good - not a dvd like but good for storing movies etc. -, i downloaded it and used some prog to analyze it and here the result i got:

    CodecInstaller 2.10.2.0 file analysis report.
    -------------------------
    file formats:
    - .MP4 : File extension

    Detailed analysis:
    Codecs= TagLib.Mpeg4.IsoAudioSampleEntry
    Codecs= TagLib.Mpeg4.IsoVisualSampleEntry
    Duration= 02:10:19.6450000
    MediaTypes= Audio, Video
    Description= MPEG-4 Audio (mp4a); MPEG-4 Video (avc1)
    AudioBitrate= 31
    AudioSampleRate= 44100
    AudioChannels= 1
    VideoWidth= 352
    VideoHeight= 352

    the only problem is i cant seem to know how to use this info or how to optimzie any program to encode my movies with this info

    any help is welcome of course and thanks in advance !!

    That is terrible quality...seriously; the video is less than 1/4 DVD quality and the audio is less than 1/6 DVD quality.
