Virtualdub has detected an improper VBR audio encoding in the source AVI file (audio stream 1). The current preference is to rewrite the audio header with the standard CBR values during processing for better compatibility. This may introduce up to 34688 ms of skew form the video stream. If this is unacceptable, decompress the "entire" audio stream to an uncompressed WAV file and recompress with a constant bitrate encoder. (bitrate:120.8+9.9kbps)
Do you still want to rewrite the header?

I dont know exactly what to do. Can someone help me with this? Is there some other software I need. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks

It regards VBR audio as improper.
It's saying that if you change the audio to a CBR format (the wording looks like it may make the change - but it won't.Clicking 'ok' signifies only that you have read it), it may go out of sync.

You might go ahead with whatever you wanted to do with the video and leave the audio alone and perhaps there will be no side effects, but if you wish, you can save the audio to a 'wav' file, reload that 'wav' file then convert it to CBR by choosing a suitable audio compressor.

The steps are 'File' > 'Save WAV'.
    'Audio' > 'WAV Audio'
    'Audio' > 'Full Processing Mode'
'Audio' > 'Compression', select a suitable compressor from the list.
    (LAME MP3 if installed).
You are presented with a list of settings to choose from.
If your audio is 44100, you are offered that list.
If your audio is 48000, then you are offered those selections.
    Example 48000,128,CBR Stereo, 'OK'.
